Role Description

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Tendo by Tonik, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives and expanding our enterprise client base within the fintech sector. You will lead the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and relationship-building to presenting solutions and closing dealswhile collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure client success.

This role requires a dynamic and results-driven professional with strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of enterprise client needs. You will play a key role in positioning Tendos innovative employee financial wellness solutions to HR leaders and decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting enterprise client
  • Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and events
  • Engage with C-level executives and HR decision-makers to understand their needs
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
  • Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with revenue goals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Maintain accurate sales performance reports and pipeline forecasts
