Job Description

We work with some of the biggest names in eCommerce and logistics — helping businesses manage their supply chains, warehouses, and fulfillment operations through a powerful SaaS platform. Our technology is used across multiple markets in the region, and we're growing fast.

We're looking for a sharp, driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join the team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Hunting and closing enterprise-level deals — owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contract
  • Building relationships with C-suite decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Running discovery sessions to understand client pain points and presenting solutions that actually fit
  • Managing a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Spotting market opportunities, tracking competitors, and showing up where it matters — events, conferences, and industry networks
  • Working closely with pre-sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure clients are set up for success

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years in enterprise or B2B sales within SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain
  • Comfortable selling to C-level executives and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Solid grasp of eCommerce platforms, logistics tech, or warehouse operations
  • Hands-on with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • Consultative seller — you listen first, pitch second
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding targets
