Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Manager
The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Senior Manager is responsible for driving organizational performance and strategic growth by owning the Enterprise Performance Management framework and ensuring alignment of long-term, business, and annual plans across the organization. The role oversees the development, execution, and monitoring of corporate strategies for both the West Concession Area and new business ventures, ensuring that strategic objectives are translated into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Through performance monitoring, business reviews, and strategic analysis, the position provides leadership with insights and recommendations to optimize execution, adapt to changing business conditions, and support sustainable growth and value creation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads the implementation of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) framework across the organization.
- Translates corporate vision, strategic priorities, and long-term plans into actionable execution roadmaps and performance management frameworks by developing and enterprise-wide targets and establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitates regular business review sessions to assess organizational performance, track progress against goals, and identify corrective actions where necessary.
- Provide decision support to executive leadership by linking operational milestones, strategic initiatives, and financial outcomes through decision support tools that are driven by data insights and performance analytics.
- Partner with external consultants and subject matter experts to develop and refine growth strategies beyond the organization's core business operations.
- Facilitate the formulation of new business strategies that support long-term growth and strengthen enterprise value.
- Establish long-term financial targets and profitability objectives for new business ventures, including projected P&L contributions.
- Develop and maintain a structured framework for evaluating new business opportunities, including strategic fit, financial viability, risks, and growth potential.
- Provide strategic recommendations and decision support to senior leadership regarding new business investments and initiatives.
- Lead, coordinate, and monitor the execution of approved business strategies and strategic initiatives.
- Track implementation progress, identify risks and barriers, and ensure alignment with established objectives and timelines.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be required.
