Job Summary

Drives Shared Services-wide CI, documentation governance, KPI structuring, and operational excellence strategy enforcement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage PE roadmap and project pipeline.

Oversee KPI governance and enterprise scorecards.

Drive standardization & process harmonization.

Approve SOP structures and documentation standards.

Lead mediumlarge CI projects.

Oversee performance review routines.

Drive automation and digitalization initiatives

Technical Competencies and Skills

Education, Trainings and Licenses Required

Bachelor's degree; Master's a plus. Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred. 69 years relevant experience.
