Hiring: Mobility Platforms Engineer (Enterprise / Infrastructure Focus)
We're looking for a Mobility Platforms Engineer to join a global infrastructure team supporting enterprise mobile environments across regions. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on mobility support experience (NOT mobile app development) and strong troubleshooting capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Manage and support enterprise mobility platforms and mobile infrastructure
- Handle MDM (Mobile Device Management) solutions and mobile device lifecycle
- Deploy and support mobile-specific applications (iOS & Android)
- Act as an escalation point for advanced mobile-related issues
- Work closely with global teams, vendors, and infrastructure groups
- Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term solutions
Must-Have Experience (Shortlisting Priority)
- 3–5 years of mobility / mobile support experience (infrastructure-focused)
- Hands-on exposure to MDM platforms(must be clearly indicated in CV)
- Experience supporting smart devices (iOS, Android) in enterprise environments
- Advanced troubleshooting skills (beyond basic support; root cause level)
- Experience with mobile application deployment and support
Nice to Have
- Exposure to various MDM tools and methodologies
- Microsoft-related certifications (Endpoint / Mobility / Device Management)
- Experience working in global or enterprise IT environments
Work Setup
- Global team (APAC + North America coverage)
- Shifting schedule required
- Hybrid: 8–10 onsite days/month
- May require overtime, weekends, or holiday support
