About The Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Growth & Solutions Manager to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key enterprise accounts within the restaurant industry. As a trusted advisor, you will identify opportunities for revenue growth, deliver innovative digital solutions, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Generation:
    • Drive revenue growth through proactive upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within enterprise restaurant accounts.
    • Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Account Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, nurturing long-term client relationships.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through attentive service and regular business reviews.
  • Solution Consulting:
    • Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.
    • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery and seamless implementations.
    • Provide product demonstrations, training, and ongoing support to enterprise clients.
  • Industry Expertise:
    • Stay current on restaurant industry trends, challenges, and technology advancements.
    • Offer consultative insights and strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or solution consultingpreferably in digital solutions for the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise digital products and solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the restaurant industry, operations, and technology trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and highly motivated to drive growth.
  • Experience working with large restaurant groups (e.g., Jollibee) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams is a plus.
