Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY: Supports and coordinates employee engagement programs, survey administration, culture initiatives, and engagement reporting while helping teams deliver positive employee experiences.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience coordinating employee engagement activities, recognition events, or morale programs.
  • Ability to administer surveys, collect feedback, and consolidate engagement data.
  • Strong communication skills to promote programs and encourage employee participation.
  • Experience supporting culture and communication campaigns within teams.
  • Ability to manage schedules, logistics, vendors, and event execution.
  • Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and engagement trackers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with employees, supervisors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities while ensuring timely program delivery.
