About You
An experienced enterprise data leader with expertise in data architecture, master data management (MDM), governance, and ERP transformation. Proven ability to establish enterprise data standards, lead cross-functional teams, and enable trusted data to support business operations, analytics, and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise data architecture and data governance framework for ICTSI Explore.
- Establish global data standards, ownership models, data definitions, and quality rules across key business domains.
- Lead the design and governance of master data across suppliers, customers, items, assets, chart of accounts, banks, locations, and other critical data objects.
- Oversee data migration strategy, cleansing approach, validation rules, reconciliation, and cutover readiness.
- Partner with business owners and data stewards to define data ownership, accountability, and approval workflows.
- Ensure alignment between Semarchy MDM, Oracle Fusion, IFS Cloud, Kyriba, OneStream, and integration architecture.
- Review and challenge data design decisions to prevent excessive localization and protect the global template.
- Support reporting, analytics, compliance, and audit requirements by ensuring trusted and consistent source data.
- Monitor data quality risks, migration issues, and remediation progress throughout the program lifecycle.
- Provide executive-level reporting on data readiness, data risks, and governance decisions.
Success Measures
- Enterprise data standards and ownership models are approved and operationalized.
- Critical master data is cleansed, governed, and ready before migration and go-live.
- Data migration is completed accurately, reconciled, and signed off by business owners.
- Data quality issues are proactively identified, tracked, & resolved.
- Global template integrity is maintained across data structures, definitions, and governance processes.
- Business users and data owners demonstrate accountability for ongoing data quality.
- ICTSI Explore establishes a sustainable enterprise data governance capability.
Skills and Capabilities Required
- Extensive experience in enterprise data architecture, MDM, data governance, and ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of data models across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, Treasury, Planning, and Consolidation.
- Experience with large-scale data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
- Familiarity with ERP and enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, IFS Cloud, Kyriba, OneStream, Semarchy, or equivalent systems.
- Ability to define practical data standards, ownership structures, and governance processes across multiple business units.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and design review capabilities.
- Experience operating within multinational organizations with complex legal entity, reporting, and governance structures.
- Ability to balance strategic data architecture responsibilities with hands-on execution and issue resolution.
