Position: Enterprise Data and Service Operations Developer

Job Summary: The Enterprise Data and Service Operations Head the Head of Enterprise Data Operation Service is responsible for the ensuring consistent adherence of Enterprise Data Solutions to operational SLAs such as timeliness, data quality, and ticket resolution. He/She will safeguard the production environment performance and alignment to Enterprise Data Architecture by ensuring operational standards are met thru design and implementation reviews with development teams and partners. Having direct responsibility over day-to-day operational functions of EDG, the Head of Enterprise Data Operation Service will also be in charge of capacity forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives. For Cloud-based solutions, the Head of Enterprise Data Operations will also be responsible for providing continuous inputs to the ITSG Cloud Management team on cloud utilization and cost to ensure effective cost management. As a Enterprise Data Operation Service Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the organization's data infrastructure and platforms. Your primary responsibility is to lead a team in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data systems that support the company's strategic goals. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of data management and analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures the Operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on data availability, quality, and performance are met
• Manages support teams and applications administrator and ensures best practices in implementing production fixes and improvements
• Interfaces with end-user groups to ensure that Data Platforms are performing according to expectations
• Leads and conducts operational readiness reviews for newly implemented projects
• Monitors and Drives capacity management, and system utilization plan, including cloud financial metrics
• Implements improvements to capacity plan, system utilization plan and data model
• Drives continuous improvements by consistently monitoring performance and end-user feedback and adjusting capacity plans
• Initiates and implements continuous innovations given customer experiences and system performance
• Leads data-related Service Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management Activities (including Data Ops, ML Ops, and Dev Ops)
• Continuous Collaboration with Enterprise, Systems, and Data Architecture Teams on enhancements to Production Readiness needs of the organization.
