Job Description
Customer Success, US Eastern hours
If you cannot cover US Eastern hours, or you have never done customer success or support inside a fully remote tech startup serving US enterprise clients, stop here.
You are the person a US enterprise client reaches when something is stuck, and you close it in Eastern hours.
What This Role Asks of You
US Eastern hours, fully remote. Not limited to the Philippines.
A natural American accent.
Customer success or support in a company like ours: fully remote, US enterprise clients, tech startup.
Overall customer success experience, noted separately from that.
You write and speak to enterprise teams. No script. No queue.
What You Get Back
A book of US enterprise clients, not a ticket pile.
Fully remote.
Direct feedback, the same day.
Clients you keep, not a cold start every shift.
The Work
- Cover US Eastern hours. If a US team writes in the morning New York time, you answer.
- Own the account, not the queue. A late file, a wrong name, a stakeholder who is already annoyed. You know the account. You reply, fix what you can, and close the loop. Status, what you did, what is still open, who has it.
- Keep it from becoming a complaint. The account goes quiet, or the same issue comes back. You deal with it before they escalate past you. You leave a record the next person can use.
Who Does Well Here
You have done this work for US enterprise clients, fully remote, at a tech startup.
Your spoken English is natural American.
You can show overall customer success experience, and you can tell it apart from the relevant work.
You write the way you talk.
Evidence We'll Look For
The relevant work above.
Overall customer success experience, stated separately.
An account you owned, not only a queue.
Writing a US enterprise client did not have to rewrite.
This Probably Isn't for You If
You cannot cover US Eastern hours.
Your experience is a call-center floor, a BPO queue, or domestic support with no US enterprise clients.
