Win New Businesses
- New strategies that maximize business opportunities among Xendit customers and existing partners are established
- New strategic partnerships that provide additional platforms for businesses to learn about Xendit are formed
- Leverage on existing relationships and network
- Create and nurture new relationships through cold calls, meetings, etc
- Identify enterprise verticals where Xendit can play to win
- Hunt and win new accounts for Xendit and grow our business 2x in a year
Generate Revenue
- Healthy pipeline of potential clients is lined up for business solutioning and/or immediate onboarding
- Evaluate leads for alignment with strategic objectives and revenue potential
- Actively communicate with leads to determine needs and solutions
- Match qualified leads with the right sales rep to close deal Map the right qualified leads according to the correspondent Sales Representative.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proven Hunter with a successful track record of closing significant deals
- Proven track record creating and executing go-to-market strategies
- Can effectively operate in a fast paced and ambiguous environment with or without a lead
- Have strong presentation skills, both during in-person meetings and over conference calls
- Experience in selling business solutions to businesses, with a strong understanding of technologies and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with C-levels and key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and financial institutions.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships effortlessly. Prospect and open up C-level relationships in new accounts, provide executive coverage and a back channel to executive management.
- Data-driven - you rely on data to make decisions and you expect the same from everyone else
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a B2B business, SaaS payment platforms or similar technology-driven solution preference for experience in payments /fintech.
- Strong network and existing relationships across a portfolio of industries (e.g. insurance, financial institutions, lending, etc)
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to payments.
- Familiar with CRM such as salesforce
Responsibilities
- Start relationships with potential client's key decision makers and stakeholders
- Listen, question, and engage clients in understanding their pain points, and be able to formulate solutions
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business cases by identifying the opportunity, risk, and resources required
- Collaborate with engineering and customer success team to deliver product feedback and feature requests
- Analyze and target new opportunities for our core payments ecosystem as well as emerging value added financial products
- Work with strategic partners such as banks, e-wallets, start-up networks, VC incubators to identify new use cases and clientele
- Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
