Overview:
The Enterprise Business Development Associate supports the Senior Manager and the team for identifying, developing, and managing third-party partnerships and value-added services that enhance Maya's merchant ecosystem. The role leads the evaluation, commercialization, and implementation of third-party applications—including loyalty, voucher, rewards, and other merchant-facing solutions - deployed on Maya terminals to improve merchant experience, drive adoption, increase merchant retention, and generate new revenue streams.
What you will be doing:
- Manage relationships and performance of existing Value-Added Services (VAS) and Third-Party Partnership (TPP) partners.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new VAS and TPP partners.
- Assist in the development and commercialization of new business solutions and value-added services.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with merchants, partners, and third-party vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and vendors through regular engagement and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, improve processes, and enhance the overall merchant experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and strategic business objectives.
- Support business development initiatives to maximize growth opportunities with existing and prospective partners.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage partner and vendor financial requirements, including billing, settlement, and payment coordination in accordance with agreed terms.
- Prepare and present business cases, proposals, and recommendations to support new initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong background in business development, partnership management, and vendor relationship management.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across different business units.
- Skilled in commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and partner/vendor management.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end partnership implementation, including solution pitching, contract negotiation, SLA setup, UAT coordination, onboarding, and go-live support.
- Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
