SN Aboitiz Power Group is looking for an innovative Enterprise Architecture Analyst / Associate to join our Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). In this vital role, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our enterprise architecture framework and roadmap.
Reporting directly to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will ensure that our digital transformation initiatives are seamlessly integrated and aligned with our organization's overarching plans and business objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Architecture Planning & Design: Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture diagrams (business processes, data models, technology) and design reference architectures for APIs, major systems, and dependencies.
- System Integration: Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing systems, working closely with business units and development teams to drive targeted business outcomes.
- Technology Evaluation: Analyze the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, legacy systems, and technical debt. You will monitor industry trends to recommend optimal integration investments and solutions.
- Governance & Standards: Assist in planning and maintaining our enterprise architecture tools, and manage technology standards from evaluations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to project implementation
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, process owners, and internal stakeholders to ensure coherent interpretation of business processes and deliver identified business value.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience. Six Sigma green or black belt certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), preferably with experience in a technology lead or technical management capacity.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the utilities or energy sector, as well as familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, is a plus.
