Enterprise Architect - Quezon City

Job description:

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for defining, governing, and evolving the organization's enterprise architecture to ensure technology, business processes, data, and capabilities are aligned with strategic business objectives. The role provides a holistic view of the enterprise, guiding digital transformation initiatives, technology investments, and capability development while ensuring scalability, efficiency, security, and innovation. The Enterprise Architect serves as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution, enabling sustainable growth through architecture

standards, roadmaps, and governance.

What are the roles and responsibilities:

Strategic Architecture Leadership

- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap.

- Align technology initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities.

- Provide architectural guidance for business transformation and digital initiatives.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their impact on the organization. Business

Architecture

- Map enterprise capabilities, value streams, and business processes.

- Identify capability gaps and recommend improvement opportunities.

- Ensure business requirements are translated into architectural solutions.

- Support organizational transformation through capability-driven planning.

Technology and Data Architecture

- Design and maintain the organization's technology architecture landscape.

- Define standards for applications, infrastructure, cloud, and integration platforms.

- Guide technology modernization and legacy system transformation efforts.

- Ensure interoperability across enterprise systems.

- Promote data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.

- Support analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives through effective data management

Architecture Governance and Change Management

- Identify cross-border synergies and opportunities for shared services or platforms

- Reviews projects and solutions for alignment to enterprise architecture vision.

- Participates in RFIs/RFPs and solution design, provides guidance to architects and development teams throughout the scoping, design, and implementation phases

- Partners / Influences Project management, IT, and Digital transformation office to align initiatives with the transformation roadmap

- Monitors, explores, and drives POCs of new technologies

What are the Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline is an advantage
• At least 10 years experience in IT
• 5 years experience in enterprise, solutions, or data architecture
• Experience leading IT transformation, digitization, automation initiatives
• Experience in solution delivery across multiple IT domains / service lines
• Experience either in manufacturing, banking, retail, or real estate firms
• Strong analytical, learning, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Comfortable engaging with C-level leadership

Preferred Certifications:

• TOGAF Certification
• SAFe Architect
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
