You'll be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities

● Drives enterprise-wide transformation by applying deep systems thinking to identify

technology capabilities and craft high-level execution plans that directly align with

overarching business goals.

● Defines and delivers the comprehensive architectural blueprint, technology roadmaps,

and documentation of current and future-state architectures across business, data,

application, and technology domains, presenting these strategies in tailored views for

diverse stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION:

● BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

● 10+ years of combined experience in engineering management, system and/or

enterprise architecture, programming, and software design.

● Proven track record of designing, developing, and successfully implementing enterprise-

wide transformation initiatives.

● Deep expertise in systems thinking, with a modern approach to architecture that favors

enablement, developer autonomy, and policy-as-code over rigid, traditional review

boards.

● Strong foundational experience in designing scalable, high-performance distributed

systems (e.g., REST, microservices, Java, Spring) and utilizing diverse programming

and architectural design patterns to effectively guide and govern downstream

engineering teams.

● Solid practical experience with data modeling and enterprise data architecture
