You'll be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities

Drives enterprise-wide transformation by applying deep systems thinking to identify

technology capabilities and craft high-level execution plans that directly align with

overarching business goals.

Defines and delivers the comprehensive architectural blueprint, technology roadmaps,

and documentation of current and future-state architectures across business, data,

application, and technology domains, presenting these strategies in tailored views for

diverse stakeholders.

QUALIFICATION:

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

10+ years of combined experience in engineering management, system and/or

enterprise architecture, programming, and software design.

Proven track record of designing, developing, and successfully implementing enterprise-

wide transformation initiatives.

Deep expertise in systems thinking, with a modern approach to architecture that favors

enablement, developer autonomy, and policy-as-code over rigid, traditional review

boards.

Strong foundational experience in designing scalable, high-performance distributed

systems (e.g., REST, microservices, Java, Spring) and utilizing diverse programming

and architectural design patterns to effectively guide and govern downstream

engineering teams.

Solid practical experience with data modeling and enterprise data architecture
