The Supply Chain & Planning Group Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting its Supply Chain and Planning functions.

This is an IT-focused leadership role that bridges business requirements and technology solutions, driving application excellence, system transformation, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, roadmap, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications supporting Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Oversee large-scale application implementations, system enhancements, upgrades, and business process transformation initiatives.
Drive the effective utilization and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and other relevant enterprise applications.
Partner with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, and IT to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
Establish application governance, strengthen system adoption, and drive change management and value realization.
Lead and develop teams responsible for enterprise application delivery and support.

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in IT Enterprise Applications, Application Management, or Business Systems, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise application implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
Experience with SAP environments, particularly SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP IBP.
Understanding of Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, or Integrated Business Planning processes.
Strong stakeholder management, project governance, and people leadership capabilities.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or other complex, multi-site organizations is an advantage.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday - 9AM -6PM Mnl Time
