Position Title: Enrollment Assistant

Job Summary:

• Be responsible for processing enrollment requests such as addition, amendment and deletion in Metrobank Business Online Solutions (MBOS) and other Bank channel / system.
• Receives enrollment documents / requests and ensures that these are correctly encoded in the Team's Tracker for proper monitoring.
• Enrolls / updates Client Profiles on the Bank's channel / system based on the received enrollment documents.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any Business related course
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational & analytical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with good interpersonal skills
