Our team of dedicated educators is passionate about teaching English as a Foreign and/or Second Language. We hire, train, and manage part-time office-based and home-based online ESL teachers. Our online classes are designed to be interactive and personalized, allowing students to learn at their own pace and receive individualized attention from our experienced teachers.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized English lessons to Vietnamese students using provided materials and teaching tools.

Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their English proficiency.

Assess and evaluate students performance accurately.

Correct grammar and pronunciation errors effectively.

Track and report student progress and attendance consistently.

Ensure each lesson is engaging and enjoyable for the students.

Encourage students to follow instructions and grasp the lesson content quickly.

Troubleshoot technical issues during classes and promptly report any problems.

Adapt teaching methods to suit students learning levels and respect cultural differences.

Adhere to company quality assurance guidelines, including utilizing online lesson tools, following lesson delivery processes, and maintaining high standards.

Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students.

Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to enhance student outcomes.

Attend occasional training and development sessions to further improve teaching skills.

Requirements

Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree, although it is not required.

Possession of teaching certification is preferred but not mandatory.

TESOL, TEFL, and IELTS certifications are considered advantageous.

Previous experience in teaching English is beneficial.

Excellent English communication skills.

Demonstrates a positive working attitude and strong work ethic.

Proficient in using computers, software, and the Internet.

Has a quiet and distraction-free home office or workspace.

Equipped with essential teaching tools, including a whiteboard and markers, flashcards, desktop computer/laptop, webcam, and a headset with a noise-canceling microphone.

Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25Mbps for download and upload.

Schedules

Operating hours from Monday to Saturday.

Morning Main Shift: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Evening Main Shift: 6:00 pm - 11:30 pm.

Extra Shift: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm, 11:30 pm - 12:00 midnight.

Teachers are required to work at least 5.5 hours per day from Monday to Saturday and commit to a minimum of six (6) months or 826 regular classes with the company.

Payments are made twice a month through local banks or digital wallets such as BDO and Gcash, with reduced deductions and penalties.
