Role Overview

As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our airline. You will deliver exceptional service to passengers throughout their journey—from check-in to departure—ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Passenger Service: Assist passengers with check-in, issue boarding passes, check luggage, and assign seats.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve flight rebooking, lost luggage, delays, and re-accommodation needs with empathy and efficiency.

Requirements :

- Excellent Verbal English ( C1 level )

- Willing to work onsite in cebu IT park

-College Graduate or atleast 2 years complete in college

-With or without Experience
