Job Responsibilities
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) systems.
- Familiarity with Philippine Building Code (NBCP), Fire Code of the Philippines (RA 9514), Occupational Safety and Health Standards (RA 11058), and DENR environmental regulations. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
- Competence in project scheduling, cost estimation, and quality assurance for A&A works.
- Computer literate (MS Office, AutoCAD, or project management software).
- Core Competencies:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to guide technicians and contractors.
- Effective communicator for coordination with management, third parties, and regulatory agencies.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to manage site challenges.
- Strong sense of safety, compliance, and quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC Registered Engineer) is preferred or required, depending on scope of work.
- Alternative: Technical-Vocational Diploma/Certificate (TESDA-accredited or equivalent) in Electrical Installation & Maintenance, Refrigeration & Air-conditioning, Welding & Fabrication, or other relevant trade, with proven supervisory experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building services, construction, or facilities engineering.
- Proven experience supervising alteration, addition, and fit-out works in commercial, hospitality, or industrial facilities.
- Background in project management, safety compliance, and contractor coordination
- Preferably with training or certification in Project Management (PMP/PMI), Safety Officer Training (BOSH/COSH), or Facilities Management.
- Experience in integrated resorts, hotels, casinos, or large commercial complexes is an advantage.
