Job Description
We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor who will oversee engineering activities, support project planning, and supervise a team of engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in compliance with company standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge in estimates, bid preparation, and architectural finishes.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed)
- With at least 3 years of hands-on experience in estimates and bid preparation
- With background in ACP and other architectural finishes such as PVC and WPC
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to supervise engineering tasks and manage multiple project requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers on various projects
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans when necessary
- Collaborate with other departments to align engineering efforts
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members
- Develop and implement process improvements for engineering operations
- Manage budgets and project timelines
- Resolve technical issues and provide expert engineering guidance
- Prepare and present reports and updates to senior management
