DEL MONTE PHILIPPINES, INC. is in need of an Engineering Supervisor for our Cabuyao Plant.

This role is responsible for developing and optimizing maintenance plans that ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operations. This role translates maintenance requirements into actionable work plans, coordinates resources, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in reducing downtime and maximizing equipment performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and document detailed maintenance job plans, including procedures, labor, tools, and safety requirements
  • Coordinate parts, materials, and tools to ensure all resources are ready before scheduling
  • Manage and prioritize maintenance backlog while maintaining accurate CMMS records
  • Optimize maintenance schedules with operations to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling using CMMS
  • Proficiency in SAP, Maximo, or similar maintenance systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
