Job Responsibilities
Experienced on managing/supervising team of technicians during the shift with regards to Operations and Maintenance of the following HVAC and Electrical Systems:
- Power Generators
- Power Substation
- Chillers
- Cooling Towers
- Pumps
- Sewage Treatment Plant
- Boilers
- Air Handling Units
- Fire Pumps
- FDAS
- BMS
- UPS for Critical Equipment
- Energy Utility and Management
Qualifications
- Registered Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical.
- Prior experience in an industrial environment or Hospitality industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heat, noise, lifting, shifting work schedules, etc.).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in maintenance reporting systems.
- Budgeting, procurement, and project management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Skills Proficiency (Please specify the skill set required and the corresponding skill level, e.g. basic, intermediate, advanced).
- Full knowledge and understanding of the HVAC and Electrical Systems to ensure safe and continues operation.
- High level of management/supervisory skills as he will be leading the operations team during shifts.
