Engineering Officer

What are the Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee heat treatment processes to ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and regulatory standards

2. Coordinate and execute project plans related to heat treatment improvements and process optimization. Work closely with Production, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Maintenance, and other stakeholders

3. Monitor process parameters, analyze data, and recommend corrective and preventive actions

4. Lead and support small-scale projects, including trials, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives

5. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management and auditors

6. Support plant troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to heat-treated products

7. Willing to travel to different manufacturing plants as business needs require

What are the qualifications

1. Engineering Graduate (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field)

2. 5-6 years of work-related experience or 4-10 years experienced in coordination, planning and project activities

3. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to translate findings into action plans

4. Experience in leading or supporting projects preferred

5. Proficient in MS Office applications and Microsoft Teams

6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

7. Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and travel to various plant locations

Preferred Competencies

1. Basic knowledge of food manufacturing or thermal processes

2. Continuous improvement or project management exposure is an advantage

3. Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
