Job Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Engineer to join our Commercial Properties Group as an Engineering Officer. Reporting directly to the Operations Lead, you will oversee the daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and management of critical building facilities and MEPF systems.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee hands-on operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of building equipment.

Manage critical MEPF systems including Chillers, HVAC Systems, Cooling Towers, Generator Sets (GenSets), and Boilers.

Ensure seamless operation of commercial building electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Address and resolve facility-related operational concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Collaborate with property management teams to maintain safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & License: Must be a Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).

Work Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience as a Senior Building Engineer, Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role.

Industry Background: Strong background in Commercial Property, Property Management, or Facilities Management.

Preferred Property Exposure: Experience in Commercial Buildings, Office Buildings, Shopping Malls, Hotels, or Corporate Towers.

Competencies: Strong technical skills in MEPF systems, leadership presence, problem-solving ability, and a strong sense of operational ownership.
