Project Planning and Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.

Team Management

• Lead project teams and manage their performance.
• Provide direction and support to the project team.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

Stakeholder & Risk Management

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors.
• Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and client specifications.
• Implement best practices in project management and quality assurance.
• Help and manage production level issues, provide demos and manage requirements calls.

Budgeting and Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation & contracts.
• Ensure all projects adhere to legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Make sure resource allocation is optimized for project success
• More than 12 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT and software development, using Agile.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
