Engineering Manager

Lead and manage engineering activities for large-scale power plant projects, ensuring effective coordination across engineering disciplines and alignment with project, procurement, construction, and commissioning requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities from design through construction and commissioning.
• Provide technical direction and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, contractors, and consultants.
• Resolve technical issues and manage engineering interfaces and risks.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and specifications.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred.
• 12+ years of engineering experience in large-scale industrial or power plant projects.
• 8+ years in engineering leadership, preferably in coal-fired power plant projects.
• Strong EPC/EPCM experience in utility-scale projects.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong technical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
