Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and support engineering team
- Create a technical strategy and budget proposal
- Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
- Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Plan, organize and lead all activity of maintenance team with the objective of maintaining safe, productive machinery quality and within the limits of maintenance engineering standard and principle.
- Create new improvement through RCA and PDCA approach on breakdown maintenance activities in order prevent reoccurring of the problem.
- Create new improvement concept base on machinery data in order to create effective and executable Maintenance cost reduction program.
- Establish Control and management regulation for proper tools or measuring device in order to prevent machine damage and accident.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field of study
- With at least 8 years experience in Supervising and Managing Maintenance Team.
- With knowledge in standard regulation like IATF16949, ISO and other related regulation cost management.
- With good leadership, communication, coaching, people management and negotiation competencies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
