RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the Philippines-based OSP engineering team, overseeing daily workflows, project assignments, capacity planning, and performance management

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between U.S.-based leadership and the offshore engineering team, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, and quality expectations

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve engineering processes, quality standards, and delivery frameworks across fiber design and permitting service lines

• Review and approve complex engineering design packages, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters

• Monitor project throughput, turnaround times (TAT), and quality metrics (rework rate, FTA rate) and report weekly to senior leadership

• Collaborate with the QC Manager to enforce design standards and proactively address recurring quality issues before client delivery

• Support onboarding, training, and professional development of new team members across technical and platform skill tracks

• Coordinate with U.S. project managers on client-specific standards, scope changes, and escalation management

QUALIFICATIONS

BS in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field  |  5+ yrs OSP engineering experience; 2+ yrs in a team lead or supervisory role  |  Deep knowledge of fiber network design (FTTH, OSP, ISP)  |  Strong project management and communication skills  |  Experience managing remote/offshore teams preferred
