Candidates must possess at least Degree in Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering or any related field
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to review mechanical/ electronics drawing.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee departmental operations and lead a team of engineers and technicians.
Drive all engineering activities, including process design, productivity improvement, line layout optimization, product engineering, Engineering Change Notice (ECN) management, and materials compliance.
Evaluate, develop, and maintain work processes, procedures, and operating systems to support departmental functions and the manufacturing of existing products.
Provide management support, including resource planning and team motivation.
Establish departmental KPIs and drive monthly performance achievement.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
