Candidate must be a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
Has more than 5 years of experience in engineering operations
Preferably with experience in property management and/or hotel industry
With existing government mandated licenses and certifications (i.e., PCO, BOSH, OSH Practitioner, etc..) is an advantage
Must be willing to work in Makati or Taguig
Job responsibilities:
Responsible with engineering operations, vendor management, technical regulatory compliance, project management and overall property safety program and execution
To maintain the government mandated licenses and accreditations related to Property Engineering Operation, such as but not limited to: (a) act as Pollution Control Officer (as mandated by DENR and/or LLDA); (b) act as Safety Officer and/or OSH Practitioner (as mandated by the DOLE-BWC); (c) act as the Engineer Operation In-Charge.
Handle engineering budget preparation and expense management.
Ensure strict and consistent implementation of APMC standards.
