Job Opportunity: Engineering Manager /Assistant Engineering Manager

We are seeking a dynamic EngineeringManager possessing contemporary technical skills and a proven track record ofleading high-performance engineering teams. Candidates who display exceptionalleadership potential but have fewer years of experience will be highlyconsidered for the role of Assistant Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project & Office Leadership: Take a definitive leadership role in managing project delivery and assisting executive management in scaling our established design office in Singapore.
• Design Coordination: Plan, execute, and coordinate civil and structural engineering design works across a diverse portfolio of local projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all engineering solutions strictly comply with Singapore statutory standards, regulations, and Codes of Practice, while consistently meeting budget, quality, and program deadlines.
• Team Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor the in-house engineering team, ensuring all consultancy services align with industry best practices.

Basic Requirements:

Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering (or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Professional Engineers Board [PEB] Singapore).
Professional Status: Professional Engineer (PE) registration or Chartered Engineer status is highly preferred.
Experience: 15+ years of robust experience in civil, structural, and/or geotechnical engineering design.
Regulatory Knowledge: Deeply familiar with all aspects of the design submission and approval processes for various project types in Singapore.
Leadership & Operations: Proven experience in team leadership, backed by strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Information Management: Exceptional information and record management skills (essential for maintaining project data integrity and corporate archives)
