We are looking for proactive Engineering & Maintenance Staff (4 Vacancies) to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure peak operational reliability!
Salary: 18,000.00 – 22,000.00 / month (18k entry-level for fresh graduates)
Schedule: Mondays–Fridays (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Saturdays/Sundays (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing production machinery and equipment to ensure operational productivity and minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Install, assemble, test, and monitor machine performance while recommending productivity improvements.
- Be available for shifting schedules, overtime, and emergency maintenance calls as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Mechatronics, or related engineering/technical course.
- Experience: Open to Fresh Graduates! (Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage).
- Residence Requirement: Applicants residing in Far North areas (Bataan, Baguio, Pangasinan, Zambales, Cagayan Valley, Isabela, etc.) or Visayas / Mindanao regions.
