Role Description The Engineering Maintenance Planner is a full-time, on-site role based in Cagayan De Oro City. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for production equipment and facilities. The Engineering Maintenance Planner prepares maintenance work orders, maintains accurate records, and ensures that spare parts, tools, and materials are available before work execution. The role collaborates closely with maintenance technicians, engineering teams, and operations leaders to minimize downtime, optimize equipment performance, and support safety and quality standards. Daily tasks include analyzing equipment history, updating maintenance plans, monitoring work completion, generating reports, and recommending improvements to maintenance processes and asset reliability.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated ability in Maintenance Planning and Planning to develop, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities.
  • Strong background in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Management to support reliable operation of production machinery and utilities.
  • Supervisory Skills to coordinate maintenance teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance in alignment with safety and quality requirements.
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments, preferably in packaging or food-related industries.
  • Knowledge of maintenance software systems (CMMS) and basic proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to interpret equipment manuals, technical drawings, and maintenance procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.
