Job Description

Manage and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of the electrical and/or mechanical systems
Oversee the work of maintenance technicians and ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues in a timely manner
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
Collaborate with production teams to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth plant operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to management
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
