Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for an Engineering Excellence Supervisor to propose the design, specifications, operations, and maintenance for one's assigned scope: Facilities and Utilities, Material Handling Equipment, Thermal Processing Machines, Mechanical Processing Machines, Packaging Machines, and Automation, Control and Detection Systems.

As an Engineering Excellence Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make an impact by reporting site compliance on engineering standards and processes, drafting the manual for machine design, and cascading approved engineering standards across all sites. In this role, you will prepare the initial standardization of machine setup, and conduct research on machine technology.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• With 5 or more years of relevant work experience, and 2 or more years in a supervisory role
• Knowledgeable in a specific engineering discipline based on assigned scope (e.g. mechanical, electrical, civil, wastewater)
• Familiarity with engineering principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with production machines and their technical specifications (e.g. used for baking, mixing), in the Food industry
• With an understanding of functionalities of all systems available for Manufacturing (e.g. SAP, HRMS)
• With skills in project planning (e.g. creating a project charter) and the allocation of resources
• Willing to be based in Ortigas or Novaliches
