We're looking for an Engineering & Maintenance Foreman who can lead daily technical operations, supervise machinists, and help ensure that equipment and mould development stay aligned with production requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 2–3 years experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge in drafting and machine operations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise machinists and daily operations
• Evaluate accomplishment reports and fabricated moulds
• Monitor mould development schedules
• Ensure machines operate according to production plans
• Train and mentor machinists
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and maintenance
