Job Responsibilities:
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and submissions from consultants and contractors to verify compliance with clinical requirements
- Attend site inspections and technical meetings to monitor the installation and construction of systems and works against approved drawings and specifications
- Support the testing and commissioning of building systems and infrastructure, ensuring performance meets design intent
- Maintain accurate records of engineering submissions, approvals, test results, and as-built documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related built-environment discipline.
- Prior exposure to building services, MEP coordination or site-based project experience is an advantage.
