About the Role:
This role is responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of manufacturing equipment through effective monitoring, maintenance oversight, and team performance management. The position focuses on maintaining optimal machine conditions, improving team technical capability, and driving continuous equipment and process improvements to support uninterrupted production operations.
What You Will Do:
- Monitor and review maintenance activities to ensure manufacturing equipment is always available for production use.
- Monitor team performance and machine performance and establish effective controls to maintain optimal machine conditions.
- Improve team technical knowledge through the development and implementation of Troubleshooting Guides (TSG).
- Recommend and implement equipment performance improvements through equipment or process modifications and upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with Equipment Engineering to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and appropriate controls are implemented.
- Support knowledge sharing on basic and major machine components, functions, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Promote teamwork, collaboration, and a positive working relationship within the department.
What You Will Need:
- Supervisory, computer, and communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of electro-mechanical aspects of manufacturing equipment.
- Experience in major and minor equipment troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of basic machine troubleshooting and equipment setup.
- Willingness to travel abroad and accept multiple station assignments.
