Engineer Intern

Fortem Cement Corporation is looking for Industrial Engineering Interns who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Business Process.

This internship provides an opportunity to work within the Business Process function, focusing on analyzing workflows, improving efficiency, and supporting process standardization and optimization initiatives. Interns will be exposed to real-world business challenges and contribute to projects that enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Currently taking up BS Industrial Engineering or related course
• Required to complete internship/OJT as part of academic program
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in process mapping, workflow analysis, or documentation is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Willing to work fully onsite in Quezon City
