Job Description:
Manage construction/project activities. Responsibilities include:
Prepares scope of work, cost estimate, work schedule, bid documents and coordinates with Procurement for project bid out.
Reviews all trades designs drawings/plans, equipment/materials specification, proposals and BOQs.
Identifies project responsibilities by determining the phases and requirement of the project.
Coordinates with internal customers (end users) on their requirements.
Manages both in-house and subcontracted projects.
Ensures projects are within desired quality & safety in conformance to applicable codes/standards
Ensures timely and cost-effective implementation of the projects.
Ensures that all materials and quality of work are in conformance with the contract documents, plans/drawings and specifications.
Prepares progress reports and regularly monitors budgets vs accomplishments.
Keeps an accurate record and electronic database of all elements of the projects.
Maintains a safe, clean and productive environment through enforcing applicable cleanroom and safety procedures
Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local construction regulations
Oversees the testing and commissioning activities and reports deviation/non-conformance to desired performance
Keeps record of turnover package document to include as-built drawings/plans, equipment manuals and testing & commissioning report
Requirements/Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Engineering or Architectural course preferably PRC registered/license
At least 2 years work experience in semiconductor in semiconductor or electronics industry.
Proficient in MS Office and AUTOCAD. Able to interpret engineering plans & designs.
Cost estimation and budget management.
Strong technical, supervisory, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus mindset.
Analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
