Job Description
Job Summary
Provide process improvements. Generate procedures for the whole operations. Provide analysis, corrective actions and lot disposition for process and quality related concerns. Perform qualification buy-off and releases for new/change in Process/Flow, Manufacturing Software, Equipment, Device, Package, and Materials.

- Metrics monitoring and update
- Customer complaints and returns management and support.
- Support customer audits.
Tasks
- Reduces LRR and Visual Mechanical rejects through Root Cause Analysis and providing corrective /preventive action.
- Provide analysis, corrective actions and lot disposition for process and quality related concerns
- Provides timely disposition on process related Hold Lots/Non-conformance lots
- Conduct Trainings for technicians, operators and new hired Engineers as needed
- Maintain updates and procedures such as FMEA, Control Plan, Release to Production, Operation procedures/OCAP, etc.
- Perform material qualification and releases
- Perform qualification buy-off and releases for new/change in Flow, Processes, Manufacturing Software, Device, Package, Assembly, etc.
- Identify evaluation requirements/tasks and improvement actions to work on achieving Plant and Department goals
- Supports resolutions of customer complaints through 8D problem-solving techniques.
- Characterize, checkout, qualify and release new procedure to production. Review specification and procedures, validate compliance and represents process engineering during audits.
Requirements/Qualifications
Education
BS Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering
Other Requirements
- Knowledge in Semiconductors is an advantage
- With good command of English communication, both oral and written. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledgeable in statistics and its methodologies.
- With analytical and problem-solving skills.
