Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering(Electrical/Mechanical) or any related course.
Required Skills and Work Experience:
• At least 3 years experience in integrated facilities management. Experience in a BPO setting is an advantage.
• Strong foundation and expertise on facilities and equipment maintenance and project management.
• Solid knowledge on the following:
> Facilities system and trouble shooting and repair including general electrical and plumbing and maintenance
> Building codes, standards, and regulations, construction principles and maintenance of structures and facilities
> Facility expansions, layouts, quality controls and systems
> Determine equipment and facility specifications based on facility needs or standards
> Resource optimization
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Expert knowledge on MS Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and report generation
• Good customer service, multi-tasking, problem-solving and organizational skills, including attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on decision-making and issue resolution.
• Operates with a sense of urgency, the ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines
Preferred Certifications/Trainings:
• Board Certified Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer)
