Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues via phone and ticketing systems.
  • System Maintenance: Install, repair, and document computer systems while managing user accounts in Active Directory.
  • Security & Onboarding: Perform malware removal, follow security protocols, and provide technical training to new users.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) with 1–2 years of hands-on technical support experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and basic cloud-based web technologies.
  • Professional Skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities to support non-technical users both independently and in teams.
