Plan and execute site-wide events, team-building activities, sports fests, holiday celebrations, and themed dress-up days.
Manage internal reward and recognition initiatives (e.g., Agent of the Month, performance milestones, and referral campaign rollouts).
Maintain internal communication channels (such as bulletin boards, newsletters, and internal social media groups) to keep employees informed and motivated.
Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs), stay interviews, and pulse surveys to gather employee feedback and propose actionable solutions to management.
Support onboarding by introducing new hires to the company culture and managing wellness or interest-based employee clubs.
Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Recruitment Marketing, or Corporate Communications—ideally within a BPO or high-volume environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong public speaking and hosting capabilities.
Highly creative with experience in event planning, program design, and basic content creation (e.g., using Canva for event posters or internal announcements).
Strong emotional intelligence with a natural ability to connect with people, handle feedback constructively, and maintain a high-energy, positive vibe.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts or graveyard schedules, to support various account timelines and operational waves.
