About the Job
Key Duties:
Engagement & Events:
- Organize and draft presentations for the CEO's monthly all-hands events, ensuring a smooth run-through prior to the event.
- Monitor referral programs and coordinate with the video editor for engaging video content to be featured in presentations.
Meal Pack Management:
- Collaborate with vendors and the Finance Team to maintain supplies for welcome packs.
- Coordinate logistics for breakfast and lunch meals for both night and day shifts, managing budgets and headcounts effectively.
Event Management & Announcements:
- Inform new team members about company events during the onboarding process.
- Create and maintain a monthly calendar of events, ensuring all team members are well-informed about upcoming activities.
Employee Recognition:
- Coordinate personal celebrations such as birthdays and work anniversaries, organizing gifts and special recognitions in collaboration with Leadership Coaches.
- Prepare and send congratulatory greetings to team members celebrating milestones.
Social Media Engagement:
- Create engaging posts for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to showcase GoTeam's vibrant culture and events.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in organizing in-person and/or virtual events.
- Additional training in Psychology or HR is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and other collaboration tools.
