Your Role

As a Engagement Administrator, you will:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for placement and engagement queries, performing initial screenings and escalating complex cases to the Team Leader.
  • Support compliance documentation and data entry requirements across all relevant student platforms to ensure a smooth transition for new enrollments.
  • Distribute key communications regarding self-sourcing and agency assignments to help students navigate their placement requirements.
  • Maintain and update student records in the information system, ensuring high data consistency and adherence to institutional policies.
  • Collaborate with academics, admissions, and marketing departments to provide a multidisciplinary support approach and maintain a current FAQ register.
  • Process student feedback and track progress tickets to identify service gaps and drive initiatives that improve the student experience.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in student services or administrative roles within the education industry.
  • Proficiency in navigating student information systems and utilizing data analysis tools for record maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume ticketing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to provide clear advice and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to maintain a 1-working-day response time for all student inquiries and tickets.

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in handling multidisciplinary service requests in a fast-paced educational environment.
  • Proven track record in compliance documentation management and data integrity.
  • Ability to translate student feedback into actionable reports for operational improvement.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service and fostering a supportive community for students.
  • Familiarity with the specific workflows of student placements and external agency assignments.
