The Technical Writer will develop and maintain safety-focused documentation that supports our clients and internal stakeholders. This role will be instrumental in writing, editing, and refreshing materials such as safety manuals, documentation, and compliance content. The ideal candidate thrives on accountability, consistently meets deadlines, and contributes to clear and compliant safety communications.

- Fluent in English(spoken and written) and US Spanish (Written)
- Able to translate documents from English to US Spanish
- Strong writing skills with the ability to clearly explain technical information
- Good communication and listening skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, PDF, Adobe, and Google Workspace
- Positive attitude and works well in a team
How our Technical Writer spends their time:
- Write, edit, and format safety manuals and documents
- Review documents to ensure they meet OSHA/HSE standards
- Create materials for safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Prepare summaries and follow-ups from client meetings
- Research safety regulations and industry standards
- Ensure documents are accurate, clear, and well-formatted
- Work with subject matter experts to verify technical details
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Minimize revisions by delivering quality work on time
Qualifications and Experience (Required):
- Experience as a Technical Writer (preferably in safety or compliance)
- Strong writing and research skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to meet deadlines consistently
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- OSHA 30-Hour Training Certification (or similar safety training)
- Experience writing safety manuals or compliance documents
- Experience working with contractors or compliance platforms
- Able to simplify technical information into easy-to-understand content
