Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Commercial Cycle Node Management: Proactively engage during the bidding phase, follow through all key stages of LTSA operation and maintenance contract negotiation, review, and signing to ensure timely closure of commercial processes.
  • Project Timeline Supervision Across the Entire Chain: Closely monitor milestone nodes throughout the project lifecycle, strictly adhere to schedule plans, issue warnings and corrective actions for delays, and ensure on-time COD handover.
  • Cross-Departmental Meeting Coordination and Issue Resolution: Regularly organize special coordination meetings and problem review sessions, escalate and prioritize critical or complex issues, and drive closed-loop resolution.
  • Preemptive Support for Commissioning Resources: Plan and allocate commissioning personnel, tools, and spare parts in advance to effectively facilitate on-site hardware commissioning.
  • Overseas Customer Service Support and Product Management:
  • Identify, respond to, and resolve overseas customers serviceability requirements;
  • Oversee the introduction of new products in overseas projects and promote the localization of technical and after-sales documentation;
  • Manage the repairability of overseas products and drive serviceability improvement initiatives;
  • Participate in FR reviews at all stages of overseas product development;
  • Assess the service impact of product design changes;
  • Conduct service risk assessments for deviations or waivers on overseas products;
  • Provide service solution support for overseas operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. Candidates with educational backgrounds in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Energy Engineering, or Electromechanics are preferred. Applicants from other disciplines with strong communication and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong capability in node control and schedule supervision, adept at cross-department collaboration, meeting coordination, and escalation of complex issues.
  • Project management experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, and Excel for data processing).
  • Fluency in English and the commonly used language(s) of the work location for business communication, enabling effective cross-border collaboration and client interaction.
